- I wish the credit card swipers had connection options and worked with non-Apple products -- usb-c, lightning, usb, etc.

Great Auction Software; Great Customer Service.
- Easy online bidding process for our participants (especially using the older software).
- Detailed tracking and organization for our auction staff to manage everything in one place.
- Excellent and proactive customer service in the months leading up to the event and in-person at the event itself.
- They rolled out new bidding software that we used in 2022, which was not good. It was hard for our bidders to use and hard for our staff to use to run the event. We switched back to the "old" software for our 2023 event, and that was much better.
- There are just a few minor improvements we would like to see in the "old" software: better quality picture options for the auction items and the ability to "round up" with a donation during online checkout.

- This is not as convenient as it could be for fiscally sponsored programs. Fiscally sponsored programs can not easily print report to send to donors & sponsors since they operate under one name and function under another organizations 501(c)(3).
- The inability to edit events without having to contact customer service is not convenient.
- Startup is difficult when you are a new user who doesn't have a lot of time to spend watching videos of how to do simple tasks.

More Than Just OneCause!
- It has great customer support.
- Platform is user-friendly.
- It has informative and educational webinars.
- I would like larger pictures for auction items.
- Some functionalities are difficult to locate, i.e. how to set a goal on the thermostat.
- It would be nice to be able to click on numbers in the Planner Summary on the Home page, i.e. under Auction Activity "# of Donations", it would bring up who donated and the dollar amount, under Supporters "# of Attendees"/"# of VIPs", under Proceeds "Silent Auction", etc...
- When setting up packages, I would like to be able to delete unused Categories.
Customer Service is Key!
- Good customer service.
- Pretty flexible program.

- I think the default landing pages could have a better look and aesthetic. It looks pretty dated as of now.
- In my most recent event experience, our event consultant and their boss did not have the same price info. That caused some confusion for all of us, but especially me. I had to push back a lot in order to not be charged more than quoted. That was a first. More upfront pricing would be great.
- It would be nice to be able to edit multiple items at once - with more than just the options it gives now.
Auction Software That is Actually Easy to Use!
- Ticket set-up. Extremely easy to manage and change as needed.
- Sales tax collection on eligible product/package sales.
- Silent auction and bidding management
- Day-of event registration and payment processing
- Options to personalize the text descriptions used in the registration process. Some of the wording is confusing and there's no option to edit those text boxes.
- The set-up for the silent auction options is not exactly the easiest to follow for new users. Having some concrete examples or use cases to consult when first setting up would be helpful.
- It would be great to have a "check for errors" functionality when you're going through the auction set-up. For example, for some reason when our live auction was set up, two items didn't have "Apply Sales Tax" checked and so they got erroneously listed without the sales tax. Given that ALL the other items had sales tax applied, it seems like it should be easy to have something run in the background that flags potential errors for review.

- When inputting a supporter, it takes a while for the screen to capture data. Sometimes it is very slow.
